Altar’d State blue floral tiered mini dress XS puff sleeves

This Altar’d State mini dress XS is approximately 30 1/2 to 31 inches in length. Please see photos for approximate measurements for the waist and pit-to -pit. This dress is in good, pre-owned condition and was only worn once. It has a white lining inside of it. The florals are in a blue shade, however, some of the florals, in my opinion, fade into a very, very light lavender or lilac color. But the overall look of the dress is that the florals are blue. The zipper in the back works good, and the back of the dress has elastic so there’s a little bit of stretch there. Please review the photos as they are part of the description. Thank you.
