Vintage 1950s Sheer Brown Organza Shirtwaist Dress Full Skirt This piece is a beauty but she is a wounded dove! No tags, appears to be handmade with a mix of machine sewing and hand finishing stitches. It has a metal side zipper that works well. Overall in fair condition, the flaws are as follows; 1.) Missing buttons down the front and has fraying/holes where the buttons were secured at one point. 2.) Two small seam pops on each side of the waist. 3.) Circular areas of discoloration/small holes forming on the back where the buttons rested in storage. 4.) Small circle discolorations on the skirt from the buttons. Shown on a 33-25-33 mannequin and is oversized Measurements Bust - 38” Waist - 28” Hip - Free Length - 48” Shoulders - 16.5”
