Features the signature elastic smocked bodice, puff sleeves with smocked cuffs, high ruffle neckline, back keyhole with button-and-loop closure, and side seam pockets. New without tags. There is a faint white smudge near the lower left hem. The dress was carefully washed in an attempt to remove it, and while it is much less noticeable, a small area remains.
