jennbeau26I was in the beaty business years ago. I know that using water in shadows ruins them and causing hard panning. It is also a breeding ground for bacteria growth. I've had eye infections in the past so I dont takeany chances. That is why I asked to return them. If I would of know it would cause all this trouble I would have kept the 20 shadows. Wow.

jennbeau26@ambassgwf please stop harassing me. I did not damage those shadows. What do you want from me. I even offered to send you $20 dollars in the mail so you could leave me alone . Why are you so angry? I'll pray for you Andrea. Please have a good day. Look for my envelope in about a week.

ricoramirez266When I get paid Friday, I could do 100 bucks and free shipping on those pure money retro 13s

jennbeau26@ambassgwf why are you so upset? I didnt like the condition of the eyeshadow so I sent them back to you. I did not mean to start trouble or make you mad . I'm new here to poshmark and just trying to earn some extra money to get my kids through school . I'm sorry if me sending your shadows back caused you any inconvenience. I really am.

ambassgwfThis isn't a department store. Learn to read item descriptions because you can't just return an item after you use it!

Aug 14Reply

jennbeau26I didn't buy them and use them. Checked out the eyeshadow and returned the very next day. You are allowed to return something on poshmark if the quality it's what you thought correct? Please help me understand why you are being so mean over a 20$ eye shadow pallet return. I'm genuinely confused by all this bitterness. I apologized if this caused you any inconvenience. I don't know why else I can do.

Aug 14Reply

jennbeau26The reason I returned them is because 3 of the shadows were used by you using a water application. That was not stated in your item description. I'm sorry if your inconvenience of having to ship them out. I hope someone else will like your eye shadow and purchase it . My sincere apologies.

Aug 14Reply

ambassgwfThe item description and the photo clearly indicated that 2-3 Shadows were used. Did you not read the item description?! Again, you were not buying the used shadows. There's no way I could pop those eye shadows out of the pallet and sell just the new shadows. Were you buying it just for the used shadows? I think not. You are clearly a deceptive buyer who had buyer's remorse or used the product and now is returning it to me

Aug 15Reply

ambassgwfBTW, if you had it intended on using the three shadows that had all been ready been used, then I provided you with a method on how to do so. I've never heard of such a crock before in my life. Your excuses don't even sound plausible

Aug 15Reply

jennbeau26@ambassgwf I will send you 20$. How do I do that? I don't even want the eyeshadow. I just want to show you that there was no deception at all on my part .

Aug 15Reply

ambassgwf$20 it's not the point. That just barely covered the shipping back and forth that I have to pay for now. Your response is clearly indicate that you just had buyer's remorse. You didn't buy the pallet for the used Shadows so why would you complain about that part? Again, Poshmark is not a department store where you should just buy an inconvenience sellers because you're planning on returning it later

Aug 18Reply

ambassgwfYes, I would like my money given that you used half the Shadows!!!! that doesn't even look like the same palette that I sent you

Aug 22Reply

jennbeau26I just want this to end . You are literally harassing me now. Tell me how to send you the money and I will. This is absolutely unbelievable. I did not use half of the shadows that's ridiculous. I only had the palette for one day.

jennbeau26I'm a 50+ year old church going honost person. I would never try to cheat anyone. I've bought and sold may item on poshmark and never once had an issue please stop harassing me calling me names and telling me I should be banned or I will report you Just tell me how to give you your money so you can stop this.

Aug 22Reply

jennbeau26Why in the world would anyone buy eyeshadow to use for one day and send back. That makes no sense. I have a draw full of eyeshadows to use. I wouldn't go to trouble of ordering and waiting for your shadow to ship just to use ot for a day and send it back? No that makes absolutely no sense at all.

Aug 22Reply

ambassgwf5992 Wellington Peak l. Vegas, NV 89148 Again, I don't understand how I could receive this back in return. Over half the Shadows have been used

Aug 22Reply

jennbeau26Please send me a picture. I swear to you I did not use half of those shadows.

Aug 22Reply

jennbeau26Please try some kindness. I'm not a cheat orca fraud. I'm a grandmother of 2 young kids.
