Vintage Cartier Two-Tone Silver and Gold Dial Slim Bracelet Watch

Vintage Cartier bracelet watch with a gold-toned bezel. Simple white dial with Roman numerals. Slim stainless-steel band and minimalist hands. Age unknown. I believe my grandfather bought it in 1961 for my grandmother. There is signs of wear but it is in really good condition considering it's age. I did take it to a local jewelry store and verified that it is, indeed, real. I do not have the box for it, but will include a dust cover, and, if I can find it again, a photo of my grandmother wearing it sometime in the early 1960s.
