There are no tears, rips and the edging and stitching are all in great condition. The interior is a rubber-like material. It allows dollars and change to stay in place and easy to wipe clean. Around the interior “license holder” it has separated a little. It does not affect holding your license in place. In fact, it easier to remove it, when necessary! Similar pre-owned items are valued between $75 and $150 depending on condition. I have priced it approximately due to the slight imperfection on the license holder.
