The diamonds around the dial are real and natural. The watch has NO scratches on the lens, but slight wear around the band. The band will fit a 5.5" wrist size with no adjustments. Can possibly go down to a 5" with link removals. It works and has a new battery. No issues other than wear. There are also no returns, sales are final.
