Fair to good condition overall, no major flaws. There are some nicks in the lining and signs of general wear but this holds up as a great and affordable 2-person tent with a rain fly that holds up well against weather. Comes with poles and 4 stakes. More stakes or sticks are needed to pin down all rain fly points. Reasonable offers accepted.
