Vintage complete collection of 12 Kewpie doll porcelain Christmas ornaments produced by the Danbury Mint, including the original manufacturer packaging. 1999–2000. Each individual figurine features a copyright stamp on the bottom from either 1999 or 2000. Hand-painted fine porcelain bisque featuring the classic Rose ONeill style blue wings and holiday attributes. The complete 12 thematic figurines feature various designs, including a Kewpie with a snare drum, a caroling book, a candle, a wrapped gift box, a stocking, a star, a wreath, and a Santa hat. Black and gold hanging stands and the original storage box are included as pictured. CONDITION NOTES: Ten of the ornaments are intact with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Two of the figurines (the one holding a book and the one holding a present) had their heads broken off and have been reattached/glued at the neck. The repairs are visible upon inspection, as shown in the listing photographs Especially Examine Photos #15 & 16 . The original box is included and shows standard shelf wear consistent with age.
