willowroadHi,your correct Chanel’s do run small,I’m the same size as you 8.5-9. These fit me fine at 9.5 I don’t wear 9.5 in any other brand,my Chanel boots are 9.5 too. I think for sure you do need to come up a size in Chanel,a 10 would be too big for you
