classyclothes79@nursenelly72 It is 96% Cotton and 4% Elastane so it has some stretch. The hood is permanently attached.

classyclothes79@nursenelly72 It’s pretty lightweight so it would depend on where you live. I live in Michigan and winters get super cold, so you would have to layer it here.
