This vintage banner is from a Bucilla "jeweled" felt kit, #3411. The handcrafted piece features "WELCOME" text across the top and a central Santa Claus figure. It is decorated with numerous sequins, beads, and intricate needlepoint stitching. Completed & Assembled Banner. Finished in good vintage condition- not sure some sequins may be missing- I didn’t put it together. The wooden rod and hanging tassels are still attached. Appx measurements 10” wide. 25” length not including tassels. It has been signed on back appears to be 1984.
