This is a beautiful antique EAPG biscuit or cracker jar in very good antique condition. Thanks to help from an eagle-eyed EAPG genius, I now know this is a Crystal Glass Co. Crescent and Fan biscuit jar (also called Starred Scroll), from late 1890s to early 1900s. In natural light, it has the faint purplish color that indicates decades of exposure to sunlight. It has a strong manganese glow under blacklight. There are a few minor surface scratches which I could not capture in photos, and one area where the glass did not fully fill the seam (see photo).
