sam_gangemi@s_ngov Hi! Apologies for delay in getting back to you. I have added a photo of where the serial number sticker was, but it has fallen off. It is approximately 9” long, 6” tall and 3” wide when stuffed. I do not believe this bag was color treated, although I am not the original owner. I do not detect any signs of this bag having been painted. Please let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
