DISSH Striped Halter Maxi Dress in Black and White

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sydgraham. Loved it, but it was too long and I hated to have it hemmed. I am 5'3 and it just skimmed the ground with platform shoes on. Needs to be about another inch shorter to not risk stepping on it. I had it laundered at the dry cleaners to soften it up but it was brand new with tags when I got it and still looks perfect, just without tags. A size 2 would have fit me perfectly.
