Tinker Bell costume with place for adjustable straps, however, the straps are no longer there. It holds up very well and has a lot of tassel, straps are not needed. It is a very pretty costume. Very sturdy and not cheap/flimsy feeling. pictures shown are places where straps would go. I am 115 lbs, 5 ft 4 inches pls take note of black smudge stain on upper left in one photo I haven’t tried super hard to get it out
