Excellent condition worn once strapless smocked maxi dress cover up from QVC item # 498320. Pull on or pull over white with macrame panel along bottom. Great for over bathing suit or strolling boardwalk. Top band measures 20.5” across unstretched and stretches to 25” across. Length 44.5” from top of band.
