1900s Antique Velvet Dress

This piece it perhaps one the oldest most historic that I have !! Very collectible /historical It’s got to be from the 1900 or earlier It’s a velvet floral print —- color varies from a brown to black ?? Cuffs are quite fabulous For its age it’s actually in good condition- it is wearable - The amazing fringe needs to be reattached on half of the bottom and there is a tears by the neck line … I’d repair with like a black flower patch or something … also it buttons about half way down … then the rest either needs to be restitched a little if you want the bottom to stay closed … I would personally unstitch it and let it be open like a jacket One little tear at the cuff too (flaws shown after measurements) It’s floor length with a bustle/cascading back train The interior is quite amazing … I even found these tiny little black pins by the neck (they have to be super old too) Victorian
