Does fit smaller, probably best for an athletic build or someone who is leaner. Im on the fluffier side and have a long torso so this wasn’t my best fit for my body type. Fit: bust 15” pit to pit but has a tie in the back so could go a little looser or tighter but not by too much. Does have a little stretch but could cut in a bit. 14” across the highest part of where it cuts up to the hips. Torso: 18” Cups 7” across, not sure if that will help with sizing but figured I would put it on the description.
