Very smooth, satiny weave 100% cotton. Pull-on style with a waistband that's flat in front and back, and elasticized at the sides. On-seam pockets; pleats below the waistband. Flat waist measurement is about 16" across, and will stretch to about 18" across. It's about 38" across the hip area, and about 32" long. While the fabric isn't exactly sheer, it's lightweight enough that it will be semi-sheer if you're backlit. In like new condition, and may not have been worn.
