This is a HALARA Breezeful high waisted women’s black maxi skirt in a size medium with built-in shorts underneath. It has a tummy control fabric across the front of the shorts. It has the split that runs the length of the skirt up to the bottom of the band in the front. Approximate measurements laid flat: Waist across front unstretched: 12.5” Length of skirt: 38.5” This is new without tags never worn. The sewn in tag was cut by manufacturer before releasing to a liquidator. It is in excellent condition as it is never been worn.
