Northland Aluminum Rosette and Timbale Iron Molds in Box No Handle

Cast aluminum rosette and timbale iron set by Northland Aluminum Products of Minneapolis. Includes an eight-petal flower rosette head and a segmented round timbale head, both cast with open channels and center threading, plus a fluted round patty shell mold and a fluted heart patty shell mold, each with a threaded center post. Molds screw onto a handle rod for dipping into batter and frying. Original box included, printed in blue and cream with red illustrations of the mold shapes on the lid and manufacturer text and serving suggestions on the sides. Handle rod is not included; molds are threaded to fit a standard rosette iron handle.
