6 Tiger Cowrie Shell Napkin Rings Table Decor

For your consideration are a set of six vintage tiger cowrie shell napkin rings, featuring a mix of classic polished surfaces and hand-carved floral designs (two of each design and pattern). These unique tabletop accessories are crafted from natural Cypraea tigris shells, easily recognized by their glossy, leopard-like spotted patterns. Four of the pieces showcase the raw, glossy, dark brown and cream speckled pattern unique to tiger cowries. Two of the pieces feature a hand-etched sunflower or starburst design on top. Each ring is cut at the base to create an open C-shape profile, allowing it to slide easily over rolled fabric or paper napkins. One of the napkin rings has a chip on the bottom (see close up photo), the rest are all in good condition with no chips and no cracks. They measures approximately 1.5” - 2”.
