This piece is a fun 1950s vintage style belt (unsure of actual age). It looks great accessorized as 60s, but could also be used to style Victorian or a western outfit! The item is real leather and is stamped on the back. It features a classic brass or gold-toned buckle with simple stitched detailing and rivet accents. Measurements in photos, but likely best for a medium to large. Shown on a size 8 dress form. It’s in good condition, with some minor marks and wear, but that just gives it more patina.
