Button and loop cuffs. High collar. Beautiful long sleeve black dress from when I interned with her. Please refer to measurements for sizing/fit: 15.5” LFW, 20.5” PTP, shoulder to waist: 19”, waist to hem: 27” (overall length: 46”). Will fit a 10 easily. At bottom of row of buttons on back, the seam has been mended after threads came loose. An easy fix and does not affect quality or structure of dress.
