Captain Underpants Book Cover

The image shows the cover of a Captain Underpants book (children's costume category info given). This is not a costume photo but a humorous children's book cover; likely relates to Halloween or Theater? It is not a dance, superhero, or theater costume. Captain Underpants is a character from a book/comic and could be associated with Halloween costumes but the image itself is a book cover, so 'Seasonal' isn't directly indicated. Best fit: 'Halloween' as the most likely costume subcategory for kids related to character dress-up.
