Carson Pirie Scott Genuine Fur Coat – Sheared/Carved Beaver with Fox Collar Beautiful genuine fur coat purchased new from Carson Pirie Scott around 2004. The body is luxurious carved/sheared beaver in a rich brown tone, finished with a dramatic oversized genuine fox fur collar. The beaver fur has a unique sculpted, wavy texture that gives the coat a very elegant, high-end look. The fox collar is full, soft and beautiful. Originally had a matching fur belt, but the belt was damaged and is no longer included. The original interior tags are also no longer present. The coat previously required a professional repair, and the tags were apparently removed during that work. I am the original owner and purchased it from Carson Pirie Scott.
