This is NWOT! Sheer paisley chiffon blouse with cold-shoulder cutouts. Ruffled neckline and tie-sleeve accents. Soft flowy silhouette with contrast hem detail. Feminine and airy style for day or evening. This blouse is great for work or an evening out. This is such a multi-purpose piece for anyone's closet and wardrobe. This is so beautiful and it is in like new condition. Perfect shape only worn one or two times. It's an XXS but really like an extra small or a small. It has a beige lining but the arms are sheer. There is a ruffled hem on each sleeve with elastic and silky tie for a bow finish or just a simple knot. The cold shoulders make it a beautiful choice and if I could fit in this ladies I would not be selling. Was a very expensive Blouse and it feels and looks like one too.
