Victorinox Evolution S54 (also called Tool Chest Plus / Evo S54; part of the Delémont/Evolution series), red Cellidor scales with the classic Swiss cross. It is a large, thick ~85 mm (about 3.3–3.4”) multi-tool with roughly 30–32 functions across many layers. Signature tools visible in your photos include: • Large (locking on many versions) blade • Wood saw • Combination pliers (with wire cutters/crimper/nut wrench) • Serrated scissors • Corkscrew • Can opener + bottle opener/screwdrivers • Metal file/saw + nail file • Magnifying glass • Fish scaler • Reamer/punch • And the distinctive rotating compass tool (with sight line and cm/inch ruler) that has the red circle and compass rose/star — this is a key identifier for the S54 / Tool Chest Plus family. This design originated with Wenger (as the Tool Chest Plus / SuperTalent 54 / EvoGrip S54) and continued under Victorinox after the 2005/2014 acquisition as part of the Delémont line. It is not especially vintage in the classic sense (most examples date from the 2000s onward into recent production or close-out stock). The plain red Cellidor version in your photos (vs. the two-tone EvoGrip with rubber inserts) matches the standard Evolution S54 / Tool Chest Plus.

scarpan90That is the Wegner, the victorinox has contour scales and the symbol is in a shield. Still a rare item but probably worth more than you are asking for it, they usually go for $100-$150 depending on condition

aeed_carolineWow, thank you I searched AI with a photo of it. Maybe I’ll look closer and see if there’s a stamp on it somewhere. It’s probably pretty old..
