Likely American Made in the late 19th or early 20th century. Possibly by Kirk & Sons who did a lot of work in this style. I did look for makers mark on body of flask but cannot find. It may be there. Screw top lid has the Sterling stamp. Nice size at approximately 5" x 3.5" x 1". Weight is 45 grams or 1.6 ounce.
