Brighton really stepped up their game when they released this collection. This is a stunning necklace and earring set. The layout features textured gold "S" scroll stations flanked by rounded glass pearls that lead down to a large, openwork floral medallion drop. Pieces from this distinct series are highly valued by collectors for their substantial, artisan-hammered texture and classic two-tone or high-shine gold-plated finishes. I am currently downsizing my vast Brighton collection. This necklace is in excellent used condition. It has been stored hanging on a jewelry organizer with a dry cleaning bag over it to keep it dust free. See my closet for other listings - there are more beautiful pieces for sale. agarrelts1@cc_swansea Hi there ……the last picture shows the necklace laid next to a measuring tape. If you already wear bigger earrings they probably won’t bother you. But if you wear dainty earrings normally then they will feel heavy. My understanding is the pearls are made of glass. I do have an earring back on them that has a plastic ring around the post so it will hug the ear better and lessen the tugging. I hope that helps answer your question….
