annabellmay@bindao63108 It’s a fitted stretch knit, so it’s meant to stretch and conform to your curves rather than fit loosely. The 13” measurement is completely unstretched, and I can easily stretch the chest well beyond 17.5” armpit to armpit, so while I can’t guarantee individual fit, that indicates it should accommodate a 35” bust.

annabellmay@bindao63108 Yes! It’s a stretchy material for sure (and stretches beyond the measurements taken when the top is lying flat) and is meant to be fitted.
