These bells are meticulously created entirely by hand without any modern welding.The bells undergo a traditional firing process. They are wrapped in a mixture of clay and copper/brass powder and baked in an intense fire kiln. The craft traces its history back over a thousand years. Originally, these bells were strapped to grazing livestock (cattle, camels, and goats) so herders could track their location across expansive areas. So here's a little piece of history!
