The offset overlap prevents the ring from reading like a conventional stacked band; instead, two separate metal planes collide across the finger. The silver section uses broad reflective hammer marks that break light into irregular flashes, while the brass section carries a warmer, tighter textured surface. That material contrast is the entire design logic—cool versus warm, reflective versus matte-textured, rain versus shine.
