Rare archival piece from the iconic Jean Paul Gaultier Soleil collection. This long-sleeve top features a stunning, romantic all-over floral print with vibrant red hues transitioning into expressive cream and yellow roses. Crafted in Italy from Gaultier's signature semi-sheer micromesh fabric (100% polyamide), this piece offers an ultra-lightweight, body-contouring fit with incredible stretch. Features a elegant scoop neckline and raw fabric edges. Includes the authentic orange sun-and-face tag label and the signature locker loop hanging tab on the back. Features built-in ruched detailing and elastic gathering at the lower hem. This creates an intentional lopsided/asymmetrical drape that contours beautifully to the body when worn. The original fabric care/size tag has been neatly cut out of the inside seam (only a tiny white tag edge remains). The signature back locker loop hanging tab is intact. While there is no size tag, it is said that because this type of fabric stretches, it can accommodate multiple sizes. Google states that this is likely to be a small or medium. To fix the unraveled hem and broken elastic smocking on the bottom, you can either hand-sew it yourself or take it to a professional tailor.
