Chic black velvet blazer with satin lapel and cuffs and a beautiful bow shaped crystal clasp. Comes with matching skirt that has an elastic waist (comfy!). Skirt is a 6 petite. Not sure what PP means on the blazer tag. I believe it’s a 6 petite. Could even work for a 4 petite after trying it on myself. It has a lot of stretch in the jacket. Perfect for formal events.
