emthrifts1234I’d call it water-resistant, not waterproof. The nylon body should handle light rain or splashes fairly well, and the faux-leather side panels likely won’t absorb much water. But the zipper openings, seams, stitching, and fabric construction aren’t sealed, so in steady/heavy rain water could eventually get inside.
