VTG 1960s FENTON Colonial Thumbprint Amber Glass Creamer Covered Sugar Bowl Set

Executed in Fenton’s iconic "Colonial Amber" color, this golden-honey hued tableware features the highly collectible Thumbprint pattern, characterized by rows of smooth, recessed oval indentations that catch and refract the light beautifully.Both pieces showcase distinctive scalloped, wave-like rims, sturdy footed bases, and deep relief texturing. The creamer is styled with an elegant, angular geometric handle and a very simple wide pouring spout. The matching sugar bowl comes complete with its original, high-pointed decorative finial lid. Because the undersides of the bases are completely smooth and lack an embossed logo, this set safely dates to the initial production era between 1962 and 1970—a time when Fenton used only paper foil labels that naturally washed away with age.
