sydboyce@victoriah2626 it’s off the rack, so this dress was used to try on in the bridal boutique. I’ve never worn it. It’s hanging in a dress bag just as I purchased it. No tags

sydboyce@victoriah2626 there are no alterations on dress. The dress will need a good dry cleaning. A few makeup stains on halter neck area from it being an off the rack/sample dress.
