There isn't anything that looks suede to me, I can def tell its the buttery soft lambskin Good used condition, the leather is buttery soft with no flaws. The interior has had some repairs done in the armpit areas, there were some rips in seams of lining, they have been repaired, see photos Pit to pit measures 17" across Top of shoulder to bottom of jacket measures 21"
