They’re under the lining. Velvet inside the Hood and on the turn back cuffs. Armpit to armpit 22.5” Length 50” Width 28.5” Sleeves 25” Armpit to hem 36.5” Shoulder to hem 49.5” Waist 24” side to side - 48” Pre owned in excellent condition.
