Vintage 1940s Black Belted Fringe Cocktail Dress

1920s flapper fringe style dress from the 1940s label, Jenkins. Wide neckline, long sleeves, and fringe coming down from the shoulder. Tiered fringe from the hip to the hem. Detachable waist belt to give it shape. Back zipper closure. Fits like a size small to medium 17 inch shoulder 35 inch bust 30 inch waist 36 inch hip 46 inch length In great vintage condition for it's age. The belt has some wear but could easily be swapped out with any other belt. Light wear otherwise, no real visible flaws to note.
