Comes with 13 black felt pads - add a drop of essential oil (not included) for a lovely aroma all day without putting the scent on your skin. The last picture shows where the essential oils stained the back of the inside. This won't show when wearing the necklace because the black felt pad (that contains the essential oil) covers it.
