This is a new with tags LuLaRoe Annabelle long-sleeve tiered dress in size 2XL, as indicated by the visible tags. The dress is black and features a ruffled mock neck and ruffled elasticized cuffs. It has two tiers of ruffles on the skirt. The fabric composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Measurements show an approximate bust width of 24 inches and a total length of about 36 inches. The dress appears to be in excellent, unworn condition.
