Women's Antique or Vintage White Embroidered Long Sleeve Blouse XS or XXS

This pre-owned, Ma Chemise French white blouse is crafted from 100% cotton and features long sleeves with buttoned mother of pearl cuffs trimmed in delicate lace. The garment is designed with a collared neckline, a button-front closure, and intricate white-on-white embroidery along the front panels. It includes a drawstring hem for an adjustable fit. The interior tag indicates a recommendation for dry cleaning. Excellent condition for its age. The tags says medium but people were much smaller and size labels don’t match today’s sizes. Please see measurements. It could be a girls size also. I have tried to research it but could find nothing about it.
