This is just the cutest. I ordered it on Etsy. It took several weeks to arrive and was way too small for my growing puppy when it got to me. The fabric is a red, white and black cow print and bandana print, with a harness included, ready for a leash. There are 3 snaps on top straps and 4 across the chest area for easy adjustability. This is for a very small dog, toy breed, less than 5 lbs. VERY CUTE. Leash your little cowgirl up and take her to all the festivals.
