BDG drop waste plaid overall slip dress

this is set up like a slip dress, except the straps are like an overall strap with the adjustable buckles. This is a pretty red and blue plaid with a drop waste and an asymmetric raw edged ruffle or combination of ruffles that make up skirt. There is a small elastic back that will permit a pit to pit up to18 inches. In excellent condition.
