HOUSE OF CB Charmaine Corset Dress in Lavender (HEMMED)

I wore this once for a wedding, I had it hemmed at the bottom: I am 5'4" and was wearing heels. It has a couple of slight marks toward the bottom (see last photo) where it looks like the dry cleaners left some residue from getting a couple spots off, but they are barely visible and may come out with another dry cleaning. For sizing help my waist is 24" and low hip is 36" and it fit perfectly with extra room in the bum. I think it would fit a 25 inch waist also. It is a non-stretch material.
