French Victorian Tapestry Hanging Stocking

Nice classy design of a street sign on a block ( in France?) There is a street light hanging and what appears to be a man pushing his bike along a garden area scene. The cuff of the stocking has a peachy dusty rose colored ruffle with pearl beads sewn on. This lays over top of a cream colored lace. Good neutral colors. No further discounts apply.
