Simplicity 1980s dress and romper sewing pattern

Simplicity vintage sewing pattern that includes a dress and a romper! Pattern is for vintage sizes 10, 12 and 14. please check the measurement chart in the back image. Some pieces are cut to 14 and ready to use. All pieces are included. These patterns were given to me from an old relative, hence why the envelope may be in a more used condition.
